We accept bank transfer and cash payment in Egyptian pounds or USD. Monthly plans are invoiced at the start of each service period, and one-time visits are paid upon completion of the work.
Our standard agreements run month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. If you need to pause service during the off-season, give us 14 days' notice and we'll adjust your schedule accordingly.
Yes, standard pool chemicals, filters, and basic cleaning supplies are included in every package. Specialized repairs, replacement equipment, or major garden work are quoted separately before any work begins.
Complete plan clients get priority emergency coordination, and we can arrange callouts for other tiers at an additional visit fee. We'll always contact you first with an assessment before approving extra costs.
